VIP, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP), also known as a Direct Service Advisor (DSA), to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building job skills, independence, and confidence in the community.

What You’ll Do as a Direct Support Professional:

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in community-based job exploration and skill building
• Transport and supervise a small group of up to three clients using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Provide hands-on coaching in social skills, workplace readiness, and daily living skills
• Create structured daily activities aligned with client employment goals
• Maintain daily documentation and case notes to track client progress
• Foster independence, inclusion, and confidence in every interaction

Schedule:

Full-Time
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
No nights. No weekends.

Requirements:

• 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, current insurance, registration, and clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle for client transportation
• Passion for working with individuals with disabilities
• Experience as a DSP, caregiver, job coach, behavioral technician, paraeducator, or in social services preferred but not required
