As a Direct Service Advisor, you’ll be a mentor, advocate, and role model—empowering clients to discover their potential and engage in meaningful community experiences. Whether helping someone explore a job path or gain confidence through daily activities, you’ll make a lasting impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead daily community outings and job exploration activities

• Coach and support a small group of up to 3 clients

• Use your own vehicle to transport clients safely (mileage reimbursed)

• Support clients in developing personal, social, and job-readiness skills

• Document daily progress and celebrate client growth

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. | Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00/hour
