Make a difference that matters.
At VIP, Inc., people are the heart of our mission. With over 250 passionate team members, we are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. Every year, we support over 700 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build the skills needed to succeed in the workplace and thrive independently.
If you're looking for meaningful work that changes lives, this is your chance. We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to support our clients in the Rialto area.
As a Job Coach, you'll work directly with a small group of clients (typically 3–4 individuals) at warehouse sites throughout the community. These clients are eager to work and grow—you’ll be right there beside them, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical training to help them succeed.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
VIP works with several warehouse business partners throughout the community, so Job Coaches may be assigned to different warehouse locations based on business needs. We currently have an immediate need at the Medline warehouse in Rialto, and the schedule for this opening is Monday–Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
This assignment and schedule may change over time based on the needs of our business partners and the individuals we support. If reassigned to another warehouse site, the location, work duties, and schedule may be different. Flexibility to work at different sites and schedules is an important part of this position.

What We're Looking For
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, job tasks, and work sites
Someone who enjoys warehouse work and truly wants to make a positive impact
Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred
